My work is devoted to guiding people who have moved through deep layers of trauma—sexual, physical, emotional—back to the truth of who they are beneath everything that was never theirs to carry.
Along the way of life, we all absorb conditioning, beliefs, distortions, and survival strategies that were formed not by choice, but by necessity. None of it was your fault. Yet over time, these layers can obscure your true nature and keep you disconnected from the freedom and alignment you sense is possible, even if you can’t yet name it. My work is about gently, yet precisely, removing what isn’t you—so what is you can finally be felt again.
I work with people from the most complex and difficult circumstances, not only because I’ve studied these terrains, but because I know them from the inside. I understand how deeply the nervous system remembers, how survival reshapes perception, and how much courage it takes to look beneath the surface. This work is not theoretical for me—it’s lived, integrated, and embodied.
Over the years, through my love for this work, I’ve gathered and refined a wide range of tools—hypnocoaching, sound meditation, somatic envisioning, and more. Eventually, I felt called to create a fast, deep, and precise healing modality of my own: The Inner Release Method. This method goes beyond stories and identities, straight to the root—meeting the original fear, the moment of rupture, the place where something true was buried. From there, we release everything that is not you, allowing your true nature to emerge naturally.
As we work together, something important becomes clear: I am not your healer. Only you can heal yourself. I simply hold the key—using these tools to help you open the door inward. From that place, you lead. Your body, your inner wisdom, your truth show us the way. I walk beside you, guiding and supporting the process, because all the answers have always been within you.
This work is about remembering.
Returning.
And rediscovering the freedom that was never lost—only hidden.
